  I took a risk ordering a riser recliner chair without trying it out first. Bad move. I tried the recliner in store my feet touched the ground. I noticed when reclining back the chair needed a lot of room. I was Told by the salesman that the riser/recliner I ordered wouldn’t need a lot of room at the back but it definitely needs a lot of room at the back well away from any walls. This now makes our lounge look awkward with my chair stuck out from the wall. The one we received my feet didn’t touch the ground too. I’m not very happy and it’s crippling my arthritis. DO NOT BUY WITHOUT TESTING. We were offered no options.
