  Fabulous service. These guys fixed a problem on my phone in less than 15 minutes while I waited. Amazingly they then refused to charge for the work as it was a fairly quick and simple job for them. Service like that is a rarity these day. Thanks very much guys. Fantastic

  The operator dealing with me was Mr Jamie Norwood. He started at 10:30 this morning, and has just finished at 3:15pm. He did so much work on my computer, and my wife's computer that I would not know where to begin. He remained cheerful and willing throughout. I do not know a lot about computers, but he tried to explain what he was doing without baffling me. In fact, he was a real pleasure to deal with. I would say that he went above and beyond what was required. He is a true credit to your company, and he certainly left me an extremely happy customer indeed.
  I shall certainly be telling my friends about Wise Guys. Thank you.
